Shop orders

We program each tag to the link you give us and ship within the US, usually in 3 to 5 business days. If you didn't give a link, we'll email you before programming.

Because tags are programmed to order, we replace or refund tags that arrive damaged or don't work, if you tell us within 30 days. Tags that work as ordered are not returnable.

One-time tags

A tag bought in the Shop points to one link and is yours. We don't manage, monitor or change it after it ships unless you're on a plan. Phones must support NFC to read a tag; every stand and card also has a QR code.

Plans

Monthly plans follow the Service Agreement: a 3-month minimum, then month to month. The home setup visit is $200 plus hardware at cost. The Care Plan is priced from $29 to $49 a month depending on scope, quoted before you sign up.

Using the site

Don't misuse the site or the Review Gap Check: no scraping, no automated queries, no attempts to break in. We may limit or block traffic that does.

Warranty and liability

Except as stated above and in the Service Agreement, the site and products are provided as is. Our liability for any purchase is limited to what you paid for it.

General

Texas law applies. We may update these terms; the version on this page is the one that applies.
