What we collect

When you fill in a form (Review Gap Check report, demo, contact, signup, onboarding): the name, email, phone, business details and files you give us.

When you use the Review Gap Check: the business name and city you search. Ratings and review counts come from Google.

When someone taps a OneTap tag: the time, the tag, and a rough device type (iPhone, Android, desktop). We do not record who tapped, their location, or any account information.

When you buy something: Stripe processes the payment. We receive your name, email, shipping address and what you bought, never your full card number.

Cookies and similar

Your cart is stored in your own browser. Admin staff use a sign-in cookie. If analytics are on, Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits and conversions; IP addresses are anonymized.

How we use it

To answer you, run your plan, send your reports and alerts, process payments, and improve the site. We send marketing email only to people who asked for it, with an unsubscribe link in every message. We do not sell personal information.

Customer email lists

When a shopper joins a business's list through a OneTap loyalty tag, that list belongs to the business. We store it and send the business's emails on its behalf, record the consent wording shown, and honor unsubscribes immediately.

Who we share with

Service providers that run parts of OneTap: Stripe (payments), Google (Places data, Analytics), our hosting provider, and our email delivery provider. Each gets only what it needs.

How long we keep it

Leads and customer records while we have a relationship and up to 3 years after. Tap logs up to 3 years in aggregate. You can ask us to delete your information at any time unless we must keep it for tax or legal reasons.

Your choices

Email orders@onetapautomation.com to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop emails. Children under 13 should not use this site.
