Is there a contract?

3-month minimum, then month to month. Cancel anytime after that.

What happens to the tags if I cancel?

They keep working. Every tag falls back to your plain Google review link, so nothing breaks for your customers.

Do my customers need an app?

No. Any iPhone from the last several years or most Android phones read the tag with a tap. Every stand also has a QR code.
